CentralPAWorks Centre County Whole-Homes Repair Scholarship & Grants
Through American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, The Whole-Homes Repair (WHR) Program was created to assist homeowners with home repairs, energy efficiency, case management services and to support workforce development efforts in Centre County.
The Centre County WHR Program is administered by the Department of Community and Economic Development(DCED) and locally by Centre County Government's Office of Adult Services. The Builders Association of Central PA is proud to partner with both organizations to oversee the workforce development program through their CentralPAWorks initiative. This joint effort signifies a commitment to incentivize engagement with home remodeling, to foster a skilled residential construction workforce and to improve living conditions in Centre County.
