CentralPAWorks Career Fair

The CentralPAWorks Coalition will be hosting a Career Fair in conjunction with the Everything Home Expo, February 25th from 12:30 - 6:00 pm at the Nittany Valley Sports Centre.  The Career Fair will provide local businesses the opportunity to find future employees, interns, and apprentices.

Career Fair Schedule - *Businesses can participate in one or both sessions

12:30 - 2:30 pm - Session I - 200 confirmed Central Pennsylvania Institute of Science and Technology and State College Area High School students enrolled in Agriculture, Architecture, Building Construction Technology, Carpentry, Culinary Arts, Heavy Equipment, Horticulture, HVAC, Materials Processing, and Tech & Engineering Ed programs.  

2:30 - 3:00 pm - Break (refreshments & hospitality lounge)

3:00 - 4:00 pm - Explore the Central PA Home Expo (EHE) for free

4:00 - 6:30 pm - Session II - Open to community members, college students and EHE attendees (EHE Friday night average attendance - 1,000).

*In addition, Career Fair Participants can post job openings on CentralPAWorks Job Board during 2022 for free.

Event Promotion:

The Career Fair will be promoted through the CentralPAWorks Coalition and participating schools using print, radio, digital, email and social media platforms. Open jobs will be posted on the CentralPAWorks Job Board for the career fair.  A list of Career Fair participants will also be included on Everything Home Expo website.
